You will drive operating rhythm, budget tracking, headcount, and cross‑functional alignment across a 120+ person team.

The role requires executive communication, disciplined planning, and collaboration with finance, HR, and AI leadership to maintain trackers and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy and planning, or related leadership roles.
• Exceptional executive communication for C-suite audiences.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, headcount, and metrics experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality presentations for C‑suite and senior executives.
• Translate AI/tech work into clear business narratives and measurable outcomes.
• Design operating cadence and coordinate OKRs, milestones, and ownership.
• Lead special projects and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives for the organization.
