Job summary

Accenture in Florida seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale architecture programs and drive AI-enabled transformation for clients. You will translate business needs into strategic roadmaps, shape architecture blueprints, and oversee complex technology initiatives across accounts.

You will mentor teams, contribute to proposals, and collaborate with strategy, data, security, cloud, and AI disciplines to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Experience in technology/architecture consulting and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Coach junior team members and build EA capability within the engagement team.
• Shaping, selling, and delivering Enterprise Architecture opportunities and proposals.
• Engage with partner ecosystem to strengthen client architecture recommendations.
• Drive development of thought leadership and AI-enabled architectural strategies.
