Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Enterprise Architect in New York to lead major architecture workstreams and translate business strategy into actionable EA decisions. You will drive roadmaps, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and leverage AI capabilities to deliver measurable client value.

The role requires 5+ years in defining enterprise architectures, 5+ years building roadmaps, and 2+ years in consulting, with a bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major workstream, owning delivery accountability and ensuring quality and timeliness of outputs.
• Coach junior team members through feedback and reviews to build EA capability.
• Support shaping, selling, and delivering strategic Enterprise Architecture opportunities and proposals.
• Engage with strategic partner ecosystem to reinforce client architecture recommendations.
• Drive development of thought leadership and offerings on AI and EA topics.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on client need.
• Translate business strategy into enterprise architecture decisions that drive measurable value.
• Lead the design and implementation of architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps.
