Job summary

Accenture in Minneapolis, MN seeks a senior Enterprise Architect to lead major workstreams, shape and deliver enterprise architecture engagements, and drive AI-enabled transformation for clients.

You will translate business strategy into architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and governance models, coach teams, and nurture client relationships while working across Accenture's global EA community to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and guiding client workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major workstream with delivery accountability and timely outputs.
• Coach junior team members through feedback and reviews to build EA capability.
• Engage in Accenture's development programs and mentor new joiners.
• Build strong client relationships and drive long-term loyalty and commercial opportunity.
• Shaping, selling, and delivering strategic Enterprise Architecture opportunities.
