Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager/Sr. Manager in Enterprise Architecture to lead major workstreams, translate business strategy into architecture decisions, and deliver measurable value for clients.

You will coach teams, drive roadmaps, and shape EA engagements across org, information, infrastructure, and application domains. You will integrate AI and intelligent capabilities into architecture strategies, support sales and proposals, and collaborate across Accenture's global network to deliver client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Minimum 4 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into enterprise architecture decisions that drive value across organization, information, infrastructure, and applications.
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture blueprints for complex tech environments, incorporating AI as a core component.
• Support sales, proposals, and account growth with architecture insights and offerings.
• Travel may be required 0–100% depending on client needs.
