The ideal candidate will require a blend of engineering skills and strategic consulting abilities to effectively troubleshoot and implement complex AI systems.

This position emphasizes collaboration, communication, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Successful candidates will work on designing and developing bespoke integrations for enhancing customer experiences through AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing production-grade code.
• Familiarity with Ruby or Java is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex architecture to technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments of AI Agents and workflows.
• Remove technical blockers and handle complex technical escalations.
• Design and code custom integrations and agents.
