Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Strategic Delivery Lead for the Intelligence Community on the OpenAI for Government team based in Washington, DC. You will identify, shape and deliver high‑impact AI deployments for IC, translating mission priorities into secure, feasible AI solutions built on the OpenAI API and enterprise products.

You will own end‑to‑end delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Enablement teams, coordinating security, data, and accreditation activities while

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical programs in AI or cloud deployments.
• Experience with U.S. Intelligence Community customers.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IC AI deployments from discovery to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, security, and legal.
• Manage delivery milestones, risks, and customer value.
• Translate mission requirements into secure technical plans.
• Ensure compliance with IC security policies and RMF/ATO.
