Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead modernization across government portfolio in a hybrid on-site role near Horsham, PA. You’ll coordinate product, engineering, security, and release management, driving portfolio planning, roadmap execution, and AI-enabled programs.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT program management, certification, and strong communication skills to manage complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT project management, program management, or PMO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) required.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts in Agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving operational environments.
• Strong proficiency with modern AI productivity tooling and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the program governance model across initiatives — cadences, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Maintain a portfolio-level view of priorities across initiatives and resource allocation.
• Manage all phases of projects through the product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder negotiations and align scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Build development roadmaps, schedules, and track milestones and risks.
• Communicate program status to leadership, including variances and mitigations.
• Support release coordination and AI-assisted engineering initiatives.
