Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support AI, software, and data integration initiatives across the JIOC enterprise. You will lead project planning, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, and manage risk to keep mission-critical work aligned with timelines.

Responsibilities include developing plans, leading meetings, and applying traditional, agile, or hybrid approaches as needed. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience managing technical projects in a classified environment.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methods.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, project controls, and documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of AI and data integration projects within intelligence constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical teams, operational users, and leadership to sustain momentum.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Maintain accurate requirements, decisions, designs, and status reports.
