Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations & technology with a proven track record in strategy and planning
• Ability to lead and influence in a global organization with relationships across multiple senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational, business analysis and program management skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities across Operations and Technology stakeholders
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, Emerging Technologies and cross-functional delivery
• Graduate degree or master's qualification relevant to the role

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior executives to develop & plan critical strategic initiatives, responsible for governance and delivery of these programs.
• Financial Management: account for financial planning across division including annual budget process, monthly reviews, forecast, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinates expense saving initiatives, headcount planning and alignment with central teams.
• Lead the performance management process that measures progress against OKRs/KPIs.
• Responsible for governance and preparation for key Business Unit forums and leadership meetings.
• Partner management, supports executive briefings with key strategic vendor partners for co-innovation and opportunities.
