Job summary

Google is seeking a Google Cloud Platform Outcome Customer Engineer to lead deployment planning and technical guidance for customers, blending sales, engineering, and project management. You will manage end-to-end deployments with customers and partners, ensuring rapid value realization and sustained usage.

The role involves driving adoption, addressing blockers, and coordinating with product and capacity teams to accelerate customer deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate end-to-end deployment plan across customer, services and partners; clear blockers, manage timelines, ensure readiness.
Apply coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve blockers and speed deployments.
Track ramp of workloads from agreement to consumption and accelerate adoption.
Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account.
Drive ongoing product usage to realize value and support renewals.
