Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead Innovation Architecture and Advanced Analytics (IA3) initiatives. You will align the 12–18 month IA3 roadmap with enterprise goals, manage dashboards and data science projects, and coordinate across Product, Technology, Sales, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years leading complex programs and projects in a technology or data-focused environment.
• Experience with SAFe/Scrum frameworks and Agile practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience partnering with clinical, technical, compliance and commercial teams on complex products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment & Roadmap Development to align 12–18 month IA3 plans with enterprise priorities.
• Program Execution & Delivery management for dashboards, data science, and analytics platforms.
• Stakeholder Communication & Accountability with cross-functional leadership and exec updates.
• Technology liaison between IA3 teams and Quest enterprise stakeholders, coordinating AI/ML initiatives.
