Qventus, Inc. is seeking a Senior / Staff Analytics Program Lead to own the analytics product program across our global Analytics organization. You will define how analytics products are built, ensure coherence and velocity, and drive self-serve analytics with AI tools.

This is a hybrid role combining program management with hands-on contributions, guiding platform, data/BI engineering, and context architecture while elevating standards and patterns at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of analytics or data programs across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Strong analytical rigor with ability to derive precise, defensible answers.
• Systems-builder mindset to create repeatable analytics processes and standards.
• Cross-functional influence across teams you don't directly control with durable relationships.
• Comfort with ambiguity and scale, re-establishing patterns across solutions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of coherent, high-quality analytics products across solutions.
• Increase velocity by enforcing standards and expanding analytics skills.
• Lead the solution analytics leads as their manager.
• Partner with Data Platform and Semantic Architect to shape BI platform and architecture.
• Stay hands-on as an IC when the work demands it to unblock the team.
