Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Innovation Architecture and Advanced Analytics (IA3) portfolio within Healthcare Analytics Solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams from ideation through deployment, aligning initiatives with enterprise priorities and delivering data-driven business value.

You will partner with IA3 scientists and leadership to manage complex technology programs, including AI/ML development, and ensure timely delivery of analytics products

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs in technology or data environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe/Scrum frameworks and agile methods.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Align IA3 roadmap with enterprise priorities and budget.
• Manage a portfolio of interdependent programs from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate dashboards, data science initiatives, and architecture projects.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.
