Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an AI & Analytics Innovation Lead to drive transformation of programmatic data into strategic NGA metrics. You will build analytics, automate data processes, and deliver dashboards while serving as an SME on AI/ML and governance for PEO business processes.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on Generative AI to enhance data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• CI poly within 30 days required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience delivering data solutions (visualizations, data science, AI/ML).
• Experience developing dashboards conveying program metrics to executives.
• Experience with Tableau and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Transform disparate program data into strategic metrics for NGA PEO decisions.
• Deliver analytics, automate program data processes, and create dashboards/visualizations.
• Act as SME on AI/ML use cases, governance, and implementation for PEO processes.
• Collaborate with budgets, program managers, data analysts, and technical teams to translate findings into visuals.
• Advise on data and AI to accelerate innovation across the PEO.
