Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an AI & Analytics Innovation Lead to transform programmatic data into strategic metrics for a major NGA PEO. You will deliver analytics, automate data processes, and create dashboards while acting as an SME on AI/ML strategy and governance.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, experience with data solutions and dashboards, and strong communication to translate technical insights for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in data science, analytics, or related field.
• Experience delivering data solutions, analytics, or AI/ML.
• Experience developing dashboards conveying program metrics to executives.
• Strong communication and advisory skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Transform disparate data into strategic metrics to aid NGA decision-making.
• Develop dashboards/visualizations for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Act as SME on AI/ML use cases, governance, and implementation.
• Collaborate with PMO, program managers, data analysts, and technical teams to translate findings into visuals.
