You will oversee cross-functional teams and translate technical capabilities into strategic value propositions, aligning offerings with market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
• 7+ years of AI, data strategy, and analytics consulting experience
• 5+ years leading data-driven transformation initiatives in energy/utility sectors

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end from strategy to implementation with measurable business outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end AI and analytics solutions with emphasis on data strategy, governance, and innovation.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to recruiting, talent development, and thought leadership.
• Apply deep energy/utility industry knowledge to shape AI-enabled strategies and new revenue opportunities.
