Job summary

Konecranes, the world leading group of Lifting Businesses, is seeking an Agreement Sales Representative to join our sales team. You’ll drive agreement-based services and new business, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities include targeting accounts, preparing sales offers, managing CRM funnels, and supporting renewals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in service-related sales, good communication skills, and a basic grasp of mechanical

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of formal degree.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in service-related sales; leadership experience a plus.
• Skills: Good written and verbal communication; PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• New Agreement Business Development/Target Development: pursue new agreement opportunities and log visits in CRM.
• CRM Funnel Management: maintain CRM records and discuss in weekly sales meeting.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and CRM funnel targets.
• Assist in customer relations or collections as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
