Job summary
Softchoice is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for Managed Services initiatives in a dynamic, multi-team environment. You will drive Agile practices, coordinate across ITSM Administrators, Developers, and Platform Engineers, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
You will mentor teams, improve delivery throughput, and manage release governance for cross-platform integrations and AI-enabled tooling, while ensuring quality and on-time value
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Scrum and Agile in a technology delivery environment.
- PMI-ACP, CAPM, PMP, CSM or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for Managed Services initiatives with scope, velocity and timelines.
- Coach teams toward higher performance and more predictable sprint outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain well-defined backlogs.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across ITSM, App Dev and Platform Eng.
- Lead stakeholder communications and change management across initiatives.
- Track delivery metrics to guide portfolio prioritization and cadence.
