Job summary

Softchoice is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic and operational improvement initiatives within Managed Services. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive ITIL-aligned processes across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with ITSM Administrators, Developers, Platform Engineers, and vendors to deliver IT transformation, AI automation, and cloud-migration efforts using an Agile-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies in a technology delivery environment.
• Experience managing concurrent program-level strategic and operational improvement initiatives.
• PMI-ACP, CAPM, PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile or program management certification.
• Experience in ITSM process implementations and CSI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for multiple initiatives, owning scope, velocity, timelines, and outcomes.
• Drive adoption of Agile methods and coach teams for higher performance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery backlogs.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across ITSM Administrators, Developers, and Platform Engineers.
• Support knowledge management and CSI initiatives within the portfolio.
