Job summary

Toffler Associates is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead strategic client projects across NOAA and other federal domains. You will provide subject matter expertise, coaching, and hands-on execution of project planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery of complex solutions.

You will also contribute strategic insights for business development while managing project financials, budgeting, and forecasting to drive client success and organizational impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of Agile project management on federal contracts.
Experience managing agile teams for complex programs across government.
Ability to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Oversee project portfolios, budgets, grants, and schedules.
Coordinate with NOAA modeling advancements, observations, and testing initiatives.
Provide strategic insights contributing to business development initiatives.
Ensure high-quality outputs that drive client success and organizational impact.
Identify opportunities the client may not see by scanning the broader organization.
