Job summary

INNOVIM is seeking a Program Manager to lead the NOAA ProTech Weather Agile Program and PM services. You will hold full accountability for performance of the task order and act as the single point of contact to the CO and COR, directing the program-management organization across four Moonshot focus areas.

The role requires strong PMBOK-based practices, executive reporting proficiency, and experience managing federal contracts and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
Ten+ years in programmatic/strategic portfolio or IT program management.
Five+ years of Federal contract or project-team management.
PMP certification with demonstrated PMBOK knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own cost, schedule, quality, and personnel performance for the task order.
Serve as the CO/COR interface; route contractual matters to CO only.
Approve and deliver Monthly Program Status Report; align with IDIQ report.
Own risk escalation and manage high-impact risks with COR/POC.
Own quality control per ISO 9001:2015; approve high-visibility deliverables.
Manage staffing, telework, security processing, and cross-training for continuity.
Ensure OCI, NDA, mandatory training, roster, and travel-authorization compliance.
