Job summary

Innovim seeks an Alternate Program Manager / Agile Program Lead to support NOAA ProTech Weather Agile Program and Project Management Services. This role acts with full authority in the Program Manager's absence and owns the integrated Agile framework across four Moonshot focus areas, chartering teams, defining cadence, and maintaining the Living Program Roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in program management, PMP and SAFe certifications, and solid experience in cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of programmatic, portfolio, or IT program management; direct delivery-order project activities.
• PMP certification and scaled-Agile certification (e.g., SAFe).
• Strong ability to charter Agile programs, manage dependencies, and drive R2O2R processes.

Responsibilities

• Agile framework: charter one Agile team per focus area and establish cadence and a single tracking environment.
• Living Program Roadmap: own the roadmap linking objectives to milestones; refresh quarterly.
• Dependency management: identify, resolve, and escalate cross-area dependencies.
