Job summary

Crowned Grace International seeks a Project Manager accountable for all work under the Agile Development Services II, overseeing the contractor team, contract deliverables, and leading Business Governance Support.

This senior role requires federal project leadership, governance structuring, onboarding, and regular performance reporting to ensure timely, accurate results across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of project management experience.
• Master's degree required.
• PMP certification from PMI.
• English reading, writing, speaking required.
• Senior-level experience leading a multi-disciplinary federal support team in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for the CO and COR; respond within four hours to technical requests.
• Direct and supervise the CGINTL team; assign work, review quality, and manage staffing actions.
• Lead contractor participation in Agile Sprint ceremonies and manage stories, velocity, and increments.
• Lead Business Governance Support; map processes and develop governance actions.
• Execute start-up: onboarding plan, post-award conference, and project plan development.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Performance Reports and represent CGINTL at progress meetings.
• Ensure quality control and document management: rewrites, versioning, and naming conventions.
• Administer order compliance: travel, privileged-access list, training evidence, NDAs, telework policies.
