Job summary

Cyient is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master to guide requirements and agile delivery for a critical enterprise dashboard project. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across planning, repairs, sourcing, and supplier management to ensure accurate business rules and seamless user experiences.

In this role you will translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs, while driving agile ceremonies, helping the team maintain momentum,

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of MRO operations (repair/overhaul, planning, supplier performance, inventory optimization).
• Strong Digital Transformation and process reengineering experience, including automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering across planning, repairs, sourcing, and supplier management stakeholders.
• Define business rules for alert triggers, severity scoring, categorization, and routing.
• Map current vs. future state MRO processes to support transformation objectives.
• Create functional specs for dashboard behavior, drilldowns, and user interactions.
• Validate data sources, definitions, and thresholds with SMEs.
• Partner with engineering and data science to implement business logic.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and readiness activities.
