Job summary

You will oversee agency KPIs across quality, speed, cost and other metrics, drive governance with external partners, and enable continuous improvement in a regulated pharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma/healthcare marketing, communications, advertising.
• Experience in commercial strategy, marketing operations, or agency management in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience leading large agency ecosystems (content, media, digital).
• Direct experience in regulated pharma environments.
• High accountability for quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Ability to balance innovation with risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication across diverse markets and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agency Performance projects and workplans with stakeholders.
• Develop agency performance standards, tools, and training.
• Manage agency KPIs across quality, speed, efficiency, cost and other measures.
• Coordinate governance activities, including reviews, risk management, escalations.
• Support pilots of new agency capabilities, AI-assisted production, and automation.
