• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, communications, or healthcare.
• Experience leading agency and vendor performance initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Agency Performance projects and timelines, coordinating stakeholders.
• Develop agency performance standards, tools, playbooks, and training.
• Manage agency KPIs across quality, speed, cost, and efficiency.
• Coordinate governance activities, including reviews, risks, and escalations.
• Support pilots of new capabilities and AI-assisted production.
