With 5–7+ years in pharma/biopharma marketing or agency management, you will manage KPIs across quality, speed, efficiency, and cost, coordinate governance activities, and push AI-enabled content and automation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in pharma/biopharma marketing, communications, or agency management.
• Experience managing large agency ecosystems in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, procurement, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.
