Projects range from highly strategic, complex problems solved within weeks to large, multi-year initiatives spanning multiple stakeholders. The SE team functions like an internal consulting firm focused on a single client: operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute initiatives in support of operations strategy.
  • Lead initiatives through ideation, scoping, funding (CapEx and OpEx), execution, and benefit delivery.
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Apply and promote SE standards for deliverables, project management, reporting, and risk/issue management.
  • Create relevant reporting to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Provide governance across initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners.
  • Support financial management of initiatives.
  • Contribute thought leadership on industry trends, operations, consulting best practices, and analytics.
  • Support shaping the vision, brand, strategy, and execution of the SE function.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide transformative initiatives, preferably in financial services or consulting (Big Four/top-tier management).
  • Experience managing strategic and operational transformations.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic, analytical, and storyboarding skills.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and high-expectation environments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Positive, consultative approach to clients and team members.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in operations or consulting within the banking/financial services industry.
  • Knowledge across multiple areas of banking, finance, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
