FrankCrum is seeking an Agency Experience Manager to develop, grow, and maintain profitable relationships with assigned agency partners in Clearwater, FL. You will serve as the primary liaison between agents and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of products and services that meet agency needs.

The role requires strong relationship management, business acumen, and proactive problem solving to deliver exceptional agency experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Risk Management or equivalent experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• 3 years in account/agency management or sales preferred.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation insurance and underwriting practices ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agency partners and serve as main contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute plans to boost agency engagement and profitable premium growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews with agencies and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and activation of agencies.
• Monitor performance and market trends to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
• Educate partners on products, processes, and sales tools via meetings and training.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare reports and forecasts.
