Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial insurance industry.
• Florida 2-20 General Lines License in good standing.
• Knowledge of AMS360 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client accounts with retention goals.
• Analyze coverages, exposures and loss experience to determine risk.
• Negotiate with underwriters and carriers.
• Prepare summaries, proposals, and binders of insurance.
• Answer client questions and solve problems quickly.
• Upsell and cross-sell to enhance retention.
• Provide marketing support for new business and renewals.
• Coordinate service team inquiries and allocate work.
