Job summary

Social Behavior: Social Media Agency in Houston, TX seeks a full-time Agency Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure flawless execution of social media services. You’ll manage 15–20 clients, act as the primary contact, and align content, engagement, ads, and reporting with the creative team.

This is a strategic, client-facing role, not junior. You’ll lead monthly cycles, guide expectations, and keep deliverables on track, while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or client-facing roles.
• Prefer agency experience or service-industry background.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and ads.
• Excellent verbal communication and professionalism.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization.
• Comfortable managing 15–20 clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the direct point of contact for clients.
• Host monthly client calls and provide actionable recaps.
• Manage approvals, feedback, and ongoing communication.
• Coordinate content, engagement, and influencer tasks.
• Oversee workflows to meet monthly deadlines.
• Review analytics and deliver monthly reports.
• Handle paid social ad requests as needed.
• Support crisis or emergency communications.
• Collaborate with PR, design, video, and SEO teams.
• Keep client notes and Trello boards up to date.
• Assist with new client onboarding and prep.
