Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Sales Manager for Scandinavia – Aerospace. This field-based role focuses on expanding strategic relationships with aerospace Aftermarkets customers and main accounts, while driving regional sales strategies and growth across packaging, coatings, and specialty chemicals.

You will lead complex technical sales processes, deliver product demonstrations, and provide tailored value-added solutions in collaboration with R&D and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business degree with technical sales experience.
• Experience in technical sales within aerospace, chemicals, or advanced manufacturing industries.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% and operate in a regional Scandinavia scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic relationships with aerospace Aftermarkets customers and main accounts.
• Implement regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Promote and position portfolios of high-performance packaging solutions, specialty chemicals, coatings, and sealants.
• Lead complex technical sales processes including solution development and contract negotiations.
• Deliver advanced technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers with collaboration from R&D and technical teams.
• Manage sales pipeline with CRM tools and forecasting accuracy.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and market segments.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, and Export Compliance.
