Job summary

Boeing Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales and Marketing Representative to drive strategic accounts and position high-value programs across North America.

The role is based at either Hialeah, FL or O’Fallon, MO and requires a strong sales background, expert negotiation, and a consultative approach to deliver the best value to customers and Boeing. This is a customer-facing leadership position within the BGS sales organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Sales Management or related roles.
• Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel approx. 10%.

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned strategic complex accounts and conducts regular sales meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop customer proposals and bids.
• Advise on pricing, contracts, and service offerings to ensure favorable margins.
• Develop customer solutions and long-term relationships across North America.
