Job summary

Boeing Distribution, Inc. in Enfield, CT or Hialeah, FL is seeking an Entry Marketing & Sales (Level 1) to grow existing business and win new accounts by building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality service.

You will lead sales meetings, quote long-term contracts, and collaborate with Contracts, Product, and E-commerce teams to optimize pricing, margins and offerings. Travel up to 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience communicating with all levels of management.
• Experience with SAP and procurement-to-pay processes (PTP).

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned strategic complex accounts.
• Conducts sales meetings with customers on a daily/weekly basis.
• Supports bid efforts with Contracts team for new bids/ renewals.
• Quotes long-term agreements and determines pricing and margins.
• Identifies potential customers and develops new business using product knowledge.
