Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in planning, scheduling, or inventory control, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Experience with ERP systems - SAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Oversee material readiness and inventory accuracy, addressing any gaps that could impact output.
• Drive accountability, coaching, and development of team members.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives across planning and production support functions.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to align schedules and resources.
