BRG is seeking professionals for its Transaction Advisory practice in a team-driven environment to deliver buy/sell side diligence and related services. You will articulate findings on key financial issues and value drivers, while leveraging expertise in financial modeling, earnings quality, and working capital performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, reporting deliverables, and participation in marketing and development efforts to grow a fast-paced advisory practice.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (Excel) including 3-statement models
• CFA, CPA (or equivalent) or GAAP accounting expertise is a plus

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day activities of Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory client service teams on buy/sell side diligence
• Demonstrate delegation, supervision and leadership across engagements
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring insights
• Analyze quality of earnings, cash flows, working capital trends and benchmarks
• Collaborate with TA and BRG experts and client contacts to achieve objectives
• Lead preparation of reports, analyses, and client deliverables
• Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and product and practice development
• Maintain high professionalism, ethics, and integrity
• Expand network with clients to become a trusted advisor
