Job summary

BRG in the United States seeks an Associate to join our advisory practice. From day one, you\'ll work with experienced consultants and senior executives on strategic, operational, financial, and organizational challenges, helping clients improve performance and navigate change.

You\'ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop data-driven insights, and support execution of recommendations across industries.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years including internships.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, and BI tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, operational, financial, and organizational data to inform client decisions.
• Develop board-ready presentations, dashboards, and client deliverables.
• Support strategic planning, process optimization, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
