Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years related experience preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience operating in a large, matrixed organization with senior leaders.
• Strong corporate communications, brand, and marketing acumen; executive materials.
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment without formal authority.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CCMO to set and execute the organization's strategic agenda.
• Lead budgeting, staffing plans, and operational processes with HR and Finance.
• Develop internal and external messages, speeches, and executive communications.
• Maintain a consistent corporate narrative aligned with mission, vision, values, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT to advance cross-functional priorities and initiatives.
• Serve as liaison across the CMWO to ensure consistent priorities and messaging.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, workflows, and decision-making.
• Lead change management for new initiatives and organizational shifts.
