Leidos is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer (CCMO) at the Reston Headquarters. The role drives strategic priorities, operational execution, and executive alignment across the Communications, Marketing and Washington Operations (CMWO) organization.

The ideal candidate translates enterprise priorities into action, anticipating challenges, driving decisions, and ensuring accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience; additional years considered in lieu of degree requirements.
Proven track record managing complex projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a large, matrixed organization and collaborate with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
Strong corporate communications, brand, and marketing acumen, with experience preparing executive-level materials.
Highly organized, analytical, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CCMO to set and execute the organization's strategic agenda.
Lead the prioritization, tracking, escalation, and closure of commitments.
Manage special projects to improve efficiency and impact of the CMWO.
Support budgeting, staffing plans, and related operational processes.
Develop internal and external messages, speeches, and presentations for executive communications.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to advance cross-functional priorities.
