About BCS

Real-world Bitcoin spending is growing—but the credit infrastructure is still missing.

BCS is the first B2B2C end-to-end card issuance platform built specifically for Bitcoin-secured credit.

We enable platforms offering financial services—whether they offer lending or not—to issue Visa credit cards backed by Bitcoin collateral.

Our infrastructure includes:

• BIN underwriting (no sponsor bank required)
• API-first card issuance solutions
• White-label UI/UX for real-time tailored card program monitoring
• Ledgering support purpose-built for Bitcoin-secured credit products
• Custom settlement solutions

With signed LOIs and a strong interest from Bitcoin-native platforms, BCS is building the infrastructure for scalable, BTC credit based spending.

The Role

BCS is welcoming a small group of individuals to participate in our Seed round and join us as strategic contributors to our long-term growth. This is not a traditional advisory position; we are inviting individuals who first and foremost wish to become equity holders in the company — and who may also bring domain expertise and experience to support our expansion.

Select participants in this role will be invited to join our internal Strategic Advisory Panel — an equity-aligned forum for product feedback, introductions, and occasional roadmap input.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Input

• Provide insights into compliance, embedded finance, or Bitcoin-native credit frameworks
• Share input on infrastructure design across API, card issuing, and ledgering

Product & Distribution Feedback

• Offer guidance on user flow, market positioning, and partner onboarding
• Support B2B2C growth through GTM strategy and operational scale

Network Building

• Facilitate introductions to partners, investors, or other distribution channels
• Help expand our presence across fintech, crypto, and payment infrastructure communities

Who We’re Looking For

We’re especially seeking investor-operators with backgrounds in:

• Fintech & Embedded Finance (API-first products, neobanks, infrastructure scaling)
• Banking & Credit Infrastructure (underwriting, rails integration, card issuing)
• Product Growth & Strategy (fintech, DeFi, credit, and payment ecosystems)
