Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC in New York is seeking a results-oriented Sales Account Manager who partners with advertisers to solve complex business problems, drive revenue, and exceed targets. You’ll deliver data-driven insights, educate customers, and craft strategies that align with brand goals across Amazon properties and partner sites.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, senior sales, product, and retail teams to optimize campaigns, manage relationships, and uncover incremental opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital advertising, product marketing, consulting, business development, or other customer-facing role experience.
• 5+ years of digital media/marketing strategy, data analysis, and data analytics/visualization experience.
• Experience in media and brand planning.
• Experience in optimizing products and services based on client needs.
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.
• Develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on advertiser goals/objectives.
• Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line.
• Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy.
• Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
