The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) System Office in Versailles, KY seeks a Chief Advancement Officer to lead institutional advancement, major gifts, and foundation activities. This executive role guides donor identification, cultivation, and proposal development across 16 colleges and their foundations, ensuring compliance and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: Master's degree with 3 years’ relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation.
• Certification in Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge.
• Ability to help set up and prepare for events.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to chief advancement officers and staff across the system.
• Direct system-wide fundraising programs including annual, major, and planned giving.
• Develop fundraising metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Oversee gift processing, endowment management, and donor intent compliance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, IRS requirements, and regulatory standards.
