Job summary

Kingsborough Community College seeks a visionary Vice President for Institutional Advancement to drive private funding, deepen donor engagement, and lead the Kingsborough Community College Foundation. You will collaborate with the President and senior leaders to advance fundraising priorities and align with strategic goals for workforce development and student success.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience.
• Master's degree and eight years related experience; at least five years in executive leadership in higher ed, nonprofit, or corporate fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and fundraising activities across the college and foundation.
• Serve as chief spokesperson for fundraising and external relations.
• Manage unit staff and build a campus-wide culture of philanthropy.
• Develop and manage comprehensive annual development plans and major gift campaigns.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to engage alumni, industry, and community partners in fundraising.
• Oversee donor engagement events and stewardship programs.
