- 4+ years in a customer-facing Professional Services role.
- Experience with SaaS implementations.
- Experience with revenue operations and CRM processes.
- Ability to configure Gong platform hands-on.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and map current revenue workflows.
- Configure Gong platform to match design.
- Design solution and deployment documentation.
- Support change management to drive adoption.
- Own QA, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with customer technical teams for data/integrations.
