Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Digital Operating Model Adoption & Enablement Lead to guide adoption across Global DT, Regional DT, Markets and integration teams. You will translate the operating model into practical, adoptable guidance and create leader materials, training content and playbooks to drive sustained value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading adoption or enablement for large-scale operating models, digital transformations or org change.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical guidance and provide clear narratives to senior leaders.
• Proven skill in creating leader briefing materials, playbooks, training content and implementation guidance.
• Strong understanding of product and platform operating models and cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the adoption approach for the Digital Delivery Operating Model and ensure readiness, launch and sustained adoption.
• Translate the blueprint into a simple, compelling narrative for diverse audiences across Global DT, Regional DT and Markets.
• Develop leader briefing packs, FAQs, cascade materials and change messaging to support consistent leadership communication.
• Design and manage training and learning content to support the new model.
• Define and track stakeholder readiness across audiences and provide targeted support before and after launch.
• Help leaders and teams understand roles, interfaces and ways of working in the new model.
• Create and maintain enablement assets like playbooks, guides and toolkits.
• Drive behaviour change and reinforce new ways of working across the organization.
• Manage feedback loops after launch to continuously improve materials and adoption interventions.
• Support phased implementation across Global, Regional and Market teams.
