Mars is seeking a Digital Operating Model Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive cross‑functional adoption of the new Product & Platform Operating Model across Global DT, Regional DT and Markets. You will translate the operating model blueprint into practical guidance and enablement materials that accelerate value realization.

You will own the adoption narrative, create training content, FAQs and playbooks, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure sustained change and measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience leading adoption programs for large, multi‑line organizations.
• Ability to translate complex operating models into practical guidance and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead adoption of the Digital/Operating Model across Global DT, Regional DT and Markets.
• Develop leader briefings, FAQs, training content and playbooks to enable adoption.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to sustain adoption and drive measurable value post-launch.
