Job summary

Mars Incorporated seeks an IMO Tech Digital Operating Model Adoption & Enablement Lead (Finance) to drive the adoption and enablement of the new operating model across Global DT, Regional DT and Markets. You will translate the blueprint into practical guidance, develop leader materials, and manage training content to ensure sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading adoption or enablement for a large-scale operating model, digital transformation or organisational change.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical guidance and simple narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and delivery teams.
• Experience in learning design, change management and building training content.
• Proven ability to design and implement enablement materials and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the adoption approach for the Digital Delivery Operating Model.
• Translate complex operating model design into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Develop leader briefing packs, FAQs, cascade materials and messaging.
• Design and manage training and learning content to support the new model.
• Define stakeholder readiness and support during launch and early adoption.
• Enable leaders and teams to operate in the new model with clear roles and accountabilities.
• Build a practical enablement toolkit including playbooks and interaction guides.
• Shape behaviour change and sustain adoption through feedback loops.
