Job summary

UNT Health Fort Worth is seeking an Admissions Assistant Director to lead the recruitment team within the UNT Health Enrollment Management division. You will supervise three full-time staff and design targeted outreach to build a high-caliber incoming class.

The role involves coordinating undergraduate recruitment events, collaborating with faculty and directors, and traveling to colleges and fairs in the DFW area and beyond. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted recruitment initiatives.
• Supervise three full-time staff.
• Coordinate undergraduate recruitment activities and fairs.
• Communicate with stakeholders and assist applicants through enrollment.
• Travel to college fairs and events to promote UNT Health.
• Organize training for faculty to recruit students.
