Job summary

The position collaborates with medical staff, nursing leadership, and external referers to ensure compliance, accurate referrals, and smooth processing of admissions and referrals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Clinical/Nursing field.
• At least 2 years of admissions experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of admissions and billing process in behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admission processes and staff supporting patient access to care.
• Coordinate clinical evaluations for level of care, crisis intervention, and referrals.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leadership and external payers.
